International Silver, Inc. was originally incorporated in 1992 as ARX Engineering. In 2006, the shareholders and management of the company determined that the primary business of the company should be changed to the exploration and development of mining properties. In June of 2006, the name of the company was changed to International Silver, Inc. to reflect the new business plan of the company. Since then, management has put together an impressive collection of exploration properties, including several past producing mines.
The primary assets of the company are its:
Langtry property which consists of approximately 413 acres of patented mining claims in the Calico Mining District of San Bernardino County, California, a property that hosts in excess of 52 million ounces of silver in 22 million tons of open pit ore.
Leviathon property which abuts the Langtry property consists of 60 unpatented lode mining claims encompassing 1,304 acres and hosts three past producing silver mines; Silverado; Leviathan; and Silver Bow.
Tecoma property The 70.464-acre property is located on the Nevada-Utah border, 5 miles Northeast of Montello, Nevada in the Lucin Mining District of Box Elder County, Utah. The property hosts several past producing mines from which very high grade silver ore was mined.
Metales Preciosos Atlas S.A. de C.V. (“Metales Preciosos”), a company incorporated in Mexico which holds four exploration properties, all of which assayed positive for varying amounts silver, gold, copper, lead and zinc..
